Whats Ups Guys and Gals/

Weight Now : 320

So In November of 2013 i Realized That I Have Gained A Crap Load of Weight... so I Cut Back On Eating Like a pig,
Ive Maintained my Weight Since November Up Until May Of This Year, I Was Struggling With Weight Loss Due To Being On
Medication That Makes you Gain Weight, but Now Im Off My Medication And Started To Get Serious About Cutting..
In May Thats When I Started Doing Resistance Training At least 3x A week..
Ive Gained Strength and Noticed That I Also Needed To Do Cardio..
Yesterday Was my First Real Cardio Day.
I Started Counting My Calories Around the beginning of this Month. Logging My Calories I Ate On my Notes on my Computer.
So ivev Noticed Results Already my Shirts Feel Tighter around my Chest Area. And I Finally Was able to Fit into a 42x30 Jeans.. Its Been A While
But Im MOTIVATED And Keeping Up the Hard Work In the Gym and in The KITCHEN..:D
A YEar From Now If i Keep It Up And Stay Focused I Hope To be In The 220s-260s. With A BF of 20% or 30%. S0
