I'm on the second 'load' day. I've gained 5 lbs. and I don't like it. Gosh, it doesn't feel like I've eaten that much.
I thought I'd feel some type of crazy phenomenon when I used those drops. but no- I felt nothing.
I was just noticing... 10 cups of water per day atleast... omg, can I do this. I have to do it! I've got 30 lbs to lose...
I need advice from any professional HCG ers.

Hang in there...if you just stick with it the pounds will literally melt away. Make sure you are putting QUALITY calories in your body though. Good protein, fruits & veggies.
Even though the plan says 500 calories...I still lost weight eating about 700 calories. So that is something to keep in mind even if you go over the 500. And I lost on average 1lb a day.0 -
