I need some help ppl. I lost 6kg over the space of 3 weeks but then my weight just simply stopped. I been weight in 100 kg for about 5 weeks now. I still don't get it what im doing wrong. I walk my kids to school everyday and im a stay at home mum so i spend my days cleaning the house and at the moment im sorting out babies kittens so im feeding them formula every 3 hours but that only started yesterday.

I don't drive so i want everywhere including shopping. I have a back problem which causes me to have problems doing exercise so i'm limited to very simple exercises but i have to leave a few days between doing them since that i'm in so much pain after each sections. I been adviced by my doctor to leave it a few days not my choice.

I been sticking to my 1200 calories a day. Consuming a bit more if i lost it during exercise or training.

If anyone can help please let me know what i'm doing wrong.

Thanks.

At 100 kilos, 1200 calories per days sounds way too low, where did you get than number from? I would suggest to adjust your goal to something like 2-3 kilos loss per month, and go from there.
Also 6 kilos in 3 weeks is way too fast, you cannot expect your body to keep this up, this is not a realistic goal.
All that being said, 5 weeks at the same weight, means you are eating at maintenance, which cannot be 1200 calories for you. Are you sure you are accurately loggign everything you eat, using a food scale?

Opening your diary may help. Are you eating a decent amount of protein & fat ?
