Hey everyone,
My name is Tanya and I am 36 years old from South Africa. Thats why my tickers in kg's!
I have alot of weight to lose 140.8 pounds to be exact 64 kgs. I am terrified of turning 40 and still being overweight so I am giving this one last go and gonna get this weight off for good. I want this so badly and I feel like this is it for me.
I have been eating a low carb high protein diet and lots of healthy nuts and seeds and steak and lettuce salads etc. In fact I've lost about 6kgs (13.2 pounds) in 13 days which I think is pretty good going. I have a long way to go people and I need help and support cause I am doing this for my health ( I don't want to be a diabetic) and also for my self esteem.
I want the outside of me to reflect my heart and soul and look the way I feel inside which is happy and healthy. Being overweight feels like you wear your failure on the outside and its so horrible to be judged.
So any words of encouragement from anyone? and if you have had a weight loss success please share any tips you may have?
Thank you lovely people.

Good luck! I am also terrified of turning 40 and being overweight. My number one reason is my grandmother went into a diabetic coma and never woke up. I have a long list of diabetics in my family and it's time for preventive action!0
