Failure is no longer acceptable

Being a busy teacher and new mom, I have learned to always rationalize my lack luster attempts to try and lose weight with "I'm busy" or "I don't have time." But recently, I have come to the conclusion that in weight loss, I am accepting failure. It's not that I don't have time, but rather I don't make time. Accepting failure is not something I do in my work life, I don't do it in my personal life, and I sure can't do it when it comes to my son, but when it comes to weight it becomes OK becuase its only affecting me and I can always buy a bigger size. Well, I have to stop making excuses and finish what I start. Failure is no longer acceptable.

Welcome! Embrace success! You can do this! Little changes that you enjoy doing (and eating) each day. Rinse and repeat for the rest of your life.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
