What could I change in my diet plan?

My diary is open to view. I seem to go over on my fat content is this anything to worry about? Wondering what could I change about my diet. I have some binge days but I also burn 2000-3000 per day going by my fitbit apart from weekends.

    I only looked at your diary for a few days. It appears the only reason you go over on fat is because of peanut butter. I wouldn't worry, it is healthy fat and the only time you should worry is when it is causing you to go over in calories. Fat doesn't make you fat, so if it is from a healthy source (like nut butters), don't sweat it!
