New to MFP and Ready to make a lifestyle change!

Hello everyone! I joined MFP about 6 months ago and didnt really use it, but I am now ready to start! I had a little too much fun this summer eating yummy food and drinking too much dark beer! The jeans are getting pretty tight and getting larger ones is NOT an option! So now that the sun is gone I am ready to hit the gym, I signed up yesterday and walked a couple of miles and man can I feel it today.

My goals is to lose 20 pounds and keep it off. I love the way I feel and look when Im living a healthly lifesyle.
What Im looking for is motivation. I have no problem getting started its continuing is where I stuggle.

    You sound a little bit like me. I worked really hard to lose my pregnancy weight, but started to slide after I got down to where I wanted to be. I gained 15 lbs since my son turned 1 six months ago. I just barely joined. I am also looking to lose around 20 lbs. Good luck to you!
