I started my journey 12 weeks ago, I'm down 15 lbs and 15.5 inches. I'm working my tail off, changing my whole life from food to exercise. I am a pusher, worker, get it done kind of girl (54) but this journey is working me, for the past 2 weeks I have not lost an ounce:noway: feeling discouraged, any one have some words of encouragement? FYI I work with a trainer 3X a week and track every last morsel that goes in my mouth, only drink water. Thank you in advance.

Loss sadly is not particularly linear. You have also lost a good bit already have you adjusted your intake goal (the evil part is the more you lose and the more fit you are the less you burn)
I've stalled a couple of times (as has my wife) but we are both down in the 40 lb range since jan 3rd
Try assessing things usuing a TDEE calculator (like IIFYM or Scooby) and once you have a good idea of your TDEE adjust your caloric intake to hit the loss goal (usually people choose 20% on the sites, I chose the value of a pound/Week (500 calories a day less) and that got me on track again0 -
Thank you, I'm just learning all of the best ways to lose the fat and make sure I eat enough. I still have 60 lbs to go and I know to do it right this time it will take patience, not my strong suite0
