Hi, I am 51 and started NS at 165 lbs. I am now 125. I don't like to exercise. I do have a fitbit flex and wore it at work for a week and I average 13000 steps in my daily work shift so I am pretty wiped out when I get home. So not adding any real exercise to my weight loss has left me soft and mushy. I need to work on my stomach and butt the most. I am just trying to maintain my weight now. I love food and will eat like its my last day if no one is looking lol. Anyway I love that the food log has NS foods since I still have a couple weeks worth to finish up as I transition to eating all on my own. I have no real health issues. Just minor allergies and starting menopause. I like reading all the posts. It is very informative
