I started my healthy lifestyle 4-1/2 months ago, eating at least 1200 calories and exercising. I started out at 208lbs, I was miserable and hated everything about myself, I struggled for years with no luck to lose weight..after the birth of my youngest I decided I would try again but this time take it more seriously and I wouldn't give up. Today I weigh in at 143lbs! I never imagined ever being below my first major goal of 160, never mind exceeding it!
I have 13lbs to go until I hit my ultimate goal!


Anyone is looking for some extra support, feel free to add me!!

I am new to pictures, and don't exactly know how to do it.. but i will try and add some!
