I injured my knee and found that Donovan Green (Dr. Oz personal trainer) has a "no excuses workout series). They are done sitting and he shows you modifications. I've gotten stronger. What worries me is that I HAVE to do the knee exercises for my knee to handle standing on hard surfaces.
I've had an MRI but they found a little arthritis, some soft tissue behind knee bone, and a potential inside sprain.
other than that I am mobile...but, like you, i pull muscles very easily.
Donovan Green has several...for example, "the knee injury workout", the "back pain workout" and I also do the 'couch potato workout".
They are all good. I also do TTAP which is Teresa Tapp's Basic workout plus I order a kazillion years ago.
Don't do zumba or insanity. I've seen folks who come into my workplace and tell me they've injured themselves doing thoses:noway:0
