  • Good job but what you do if your weight has remained the same in 2weeks. I don't consume over 1200 calories maybe under.. and I exercise

    Document your calories more accurately and eat a bit more. Your metabolism might be slowing down because it's not getting enough nutrients from only 1200 calories.

    Just. No. All you are doing is losing muscle. Not the way to do it.

    ^^. Read the getting started forum. After you read that, and all the links, calculate out your daily energy requirement and depending on how much weight you need to lose subtract 500-1000 calories from that number. Don't overestimate calories burned, and be diligent in measuring everything you eat with a digital food scale. Get adequate protein so you don't lose muscle. And don't give up.

    Measure yourself now-sometimes the scale doesn't move but we get smaller anyway. Take photos every 1-2 months as well to document progress.
