Looking for advice on back workouts

I have some stubborn "bra fat" that I can't seem to get rid of. Any advice on workouts that will help to get rid of this would be greatly appreciated. I'm 26 and have been doing T25, shakeology and logging calories.

    Aside from the weight loss techniques you are using, barbell or dumbbell rows (heavy) are effective. So are good old fashioned pull ups. Do negatives if you can't do regular pullups.:smile:
