About four years ago I lost over 60 pounds. Was using mfp and really got I to working out. But as the saying goes "victory has defeated you". I got lazy and gained back 30 of the weight lost. Been getting back into working out more frequently. Really enjoying that. Was always a nerd that liked to stay indoors. But after this winter I've discovered a growing love of being outside.
My main downfall has always been food. Love it. Worse for me the better. But I'm slowly trying.
I guess what I'm asking is what helps someone get and keep the motivation to fight back from a lapse? So far I've lost close to 10 pounds. But I know I got a long road ahead.
