This is a page for fitness. I know this question doesn't come up too much, but what if i feel like I am too skinny? I am 21, 5'10" and 150 lbs. Should I weigh more?

There is a "Gaining Weight" message board as well.0

without a picture, it's impossible to say if what you think of yourself is everyone else's' perception.
sure, it's possible to be too skinny, but getting to your desired body isn't as simple as just eating more.0 -
What's your goal? If you're planning on being a runner, then your weight 'may' be fine. Are you going for an athletic build? Body builder? Power lifter? General Fitness? Your goal is the first step to shape what weight/BF you're trying to attain.0

Not necessarily. When I was 21, I dieted and got down to 147 and I am 5 10. If you want to gain weight because you want to work out and build muscle, that is very possible. If you are just worried you are too skinny then if you are healthy, I don't think there is such a thing. If you are losing weight without trying for no apparent reason, then you could have a health problem. Tape worm, thyroid or various other conditions.0
