Hey there everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself to this community as think it would help not only me, but those who add me to stay motivated and create a supportive network!
I've only been using myfitnesspal for a bit under a week but have always been very into my fitness and nutrition, I've been training for about 3 years now and try to train 5-6 times a week, as well as watching over what I eat. I'm 19 going on 20 and am currently studying commerce at uni here in Melbourne, Australia. I love fitness and everything about it and may compete one day in a men's physique competition of some sort.
Anyone wanting to go on this myfitnesspal journey with me hit me up!! Don't worry I'm not a serious person and am very easy to talk to! Peace!
