P90Xers - how do you log your exercise?

I just did Plyometrics and I'm not sure what to log that as. Thanks!

I create an exercise called Plyometrics under Cardiovascular. MFP will estimate the calories burned but its better to use a heart rate monitor.
Edited to add: Look under "My Exercises", and create your own there.0 -
I got a heart rate monitor from Academy for about $60 with a chest strap. It is a great tool to have while doing P90X or any other workout for that matter!!!!0

yeah, i really need to invest in one of those. but for tonight, i guess i'll just call it high impact aerobics?0
