Getting there

Today's the day I start my 2 week taper for the Cross du Mont Blanc, a run covering a 14 mile course with 4000 metres of hills. This last week I have ran 32.43 miles and burned 4089 calories. Since I started training I have lost 32 lb and dropped down 4 waist sizes. I hope I have done enough training and can make it round the course.
