Is it possible and healthy to drop 12 pounds in 2 months? Also, does anyone know any exercises that will burn 700 calories?

Very generally speaking I would try to keep your rate of weight loss somewhere between .5 to 1% bodyweight per week.

Rather than looking for a specific calorie output during exercise, I would instead suggest that you monitor your diet, monitor your exercise program as a whole, and if you're not making progress at a rate you want, slightly adjust intake or slightly increase activity.

Losing that much that quick is not realistic in a healthy manner. That's on the high end even for a morbidly obese person just starting out ... and their rates of loss drop as things progress. You're much closer to the 1/2 pound per week range for healthy loss .. so around four pounds in two months safely and in a healthy manner.

This is excellent advice. Also to add, rather than looking for a specific exercise that burns 700 calories, why not find something you enjoy?
