Calorie burning video game - Xbox

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Xbox released the Kinect today. It's sort of their answer to the Wii. This thing is going to burn calories like crazy (for a video game). It is physically impossible to sit on the couch, waving a controller here. You are the controller. It has a camera on the sensor bar that follows you. If you wave, it waves, if you jump, it jumps. It's actually a lot more active than the Wii is. And there are no controllers to go flying. The play area is about 4x6 feet (just floor space, no mat) instead of a Wii fit platform.

We got one set up at the store today and we were all sweating within 5 minutes of playing.

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone looking for fitness enhancing holiday ideas.
