Hello everyone! I have used MFP before and been successful but have not quite reached my goal. About 5 years ago, I was 270 lbs and felt horrible. I started the South Beach plan and within 6 months was down 65 lbs. Since that time, I have maintained my weight but have always hovered around the 205-199 mark. I want to at least lose 30 more pounds. No this is not the weight recommended on the BMI chart, but this would be monumental for me because it would mean that I would have lost 100 lbs total. On May 8th, I started tracking my calories again and I'm down 8 lbs as of today. Slow and steady wins the race!!
