Do you back strength training calories?

If so, how do you know how much to eat back?? I am currently finishing up c25k and I just started a body weight strength routine through an app on my phone. My fitbit shows my calorie burn from my run, but when I enter my strength routine, it doesn't give me credit for a calorie burn. Does this mean I should only eat back half of my cardio calories only?
Edited to add an apology for the typo in the title

The strength training section of the exercise log is not there for calorie logging purposes but for logging your progress with lifts (weight/reps, etc).0

I eat mine back. I go by the strength training calorie number in the cardio section. I'm on a bulk however, so error on eating 100% back. If I was on deficit I'd probably go with 50% or 75%.0
