Increase calories for vacation??

Hi. I'm wondering this not because I want to eat more for vacation, but because I'm maintaining weight and right now I lay in bed like all day doing my work. Since I will be out and doing more (shopping, swimming, etc) when I go on vacation, I was wondering if I should up my calories to account for it, say by maybe 100 or so. I'm going for 3 days. Or is it even worth it?

Honestly, I'd say eat what you want (within reason) for three days and don't worry about whether you should or shouldn't add an extra hundred calories or so. Any weight you gain (or lose) is negligible in the grand scheme of things.0
