I danced ballet for 10 years and I have done 10 years of tap, and 4 of hip-hop. I know moves and I can do them to music but I like having instruction and trying new things. I've done tons of dancing tapes but I want something new. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I'm not really into the Zoomba craze all that much. I REALLY enjoyed the Bellydancing DVDs with the twins, Veena and Meena. My hips and obliques felt sooo sore afterwards. It's an easy workout to do on a down day. I liked how they break the moves down and you put it together into a routine at the end. However, if you've a strong background in dance, it might be a little too "newbie" for you. Definately worth it to rent and try it just to see if you like it though!:-)

Crunch also puts out some dancing DVDs that I found to be a bit too challenging in terms of learning dancing. I remember doing a hip-hop one a few years back that I couldn't get the moves down on. It was faster paced when introducing the steps, so it might be up your alley. I'm sure they have other dancing ones out too.

Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio. For the average bear it can be a little frustrating, but someone that has taken dance I think you'd do just fine. I know I have never sweat so much by just flailing about in an attempt to keep up! lol!

There is hip hop booty ballet, and many other dvds that go along with it...LOTS of fun and LOTS of dancing!!! I LOVE it! It's not super popular right now but was just a couple of years ago.
