Tips on keeping on track!

Since everyone is in on this together-I thought I would post a topic for tips to keep on track! One thing that helps me a lot is when I buy in bulk or bags-as soon as I get home, I take ziplocks and portion them out! Its so nice when you have a craving to just grab an already portioned serving rather than weighing it or eating the whole bag!! What are some things that help you that you would like to share to help others keep on track?

    I do the same thing!! It helps a lot! I'm a snacker and if I don't portion it out for myself I end up eating a lot. Good luck!
