Had my first binge.. The week before a wedding

So I have been trying to lose a couple pounds for a wedding I am attending this weekend..I have been dieting pretty well for about two weeks and today I went about 1200 calories overboard..My stomach hurts and I feel horrible and guilty. What can I do to make the most out of the next 4 days before the wedding and get back on track? How do I get rid of this bloat feeling i have? :( thanks in advance..
