Hi MFP'ers

Just a quick note since I really never did introduce myself.
I joined MFP on Oct 15th and started initially just tracking calories but am learning more each day. Today I learned for example that just cutting your calories and doing some exercises isn't necessarily good. Turns out I was under-cutting the calories too hard. Having 1200 or 1300 calories remaining at the end of the day I thought I was doing awesome, then I started feeling run down, worn out and just plain exhausted and found out through some friends that I was looking at it the wrong way.
So now I am modifying my meal plan to keep this new info in mind.....
Let's see where it takes me over the next month.
