today (well, yesterday by now) i was working out and realized that i was doing lots of full situps without much effort! woohoo! guess it's time to get a decline bench. my biceps are getting stronger, too. they're still small and weak (especially compared to my old bodybuilding days) so there's a long way to go, but hey - it's real improvement and i'm a very happy camper :happy:

Strengthening your body also strengthens your mind doesn't it! I love to work out and when I hit a milestone (NOTHING like body building) it FEELS GOOD! Way to go!!! Keep it up!0
