Recovering from eating disorder

Hi
I'm looking to lose weight after ruining my body with years of starvation and binges. To recover I had to learn not to be afraid of any food, which in my case meant eating it! (in non-binge amounts of course!)
Now I'm a little overweight and want to lose some for health and a bit more for vanity, without triggering any self-abusive behaviours.
If this strikes a chord with anyone add me as a friend as I would love to give/receive support on this journey.
