Back on the wagon.

I had a hysterectomy this summer and maintained my weight loss despite the fact that I couldn't exercise for 6 weeks. Now we're two months into the school year and the stress eating has started again. I know that some of this is water weight and will come off quickly if I can just avoid the unhealthy snacking. I lost 3 pounds the first day I ate the way I should. I am so glad to have a tool like My Fitness Pal to get me back on track. I don't want to be where I was before.
