Hello all
I am new to this site and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Sarah and I have previously done a combination of Weight Watchers and Slimming World since having my daughter 3yrs ago. I get on great to start off with but then get bored as I see it as a diet... my brother has told me about this way of losing weight so I thought I would give it a go. I want to lose 2 stone and have a time scale of 6 months which will be a healthier way to lose. I have joined a gym also which I am loving at the moment. So here goes, if you have any tips etc please let me know Thanks xx
