Today for breakfast I had a bowl full of raisen bran with extra raisens. The milk I used was reduced fat organic. I had some hot tea with honey and a bottle of water.
For my next snack I brought a banana.
For lunch I am going to get a turkey sub and an unsweet tea.
A bag of baked lays will be my next snack.
For dinner I dont know!

I am going to try and drown myself with water today!!!!

    This morning for breakfast, I had an Egg Beaters scramble with goat cheese (my favorite!), turkey bacon, a kiwi and skim milk. I'm fully and happy this morning.
