So I was trying to portion out snacks and I noticed a large issue with Bits and bites. The package says 220 cal for 50 g or about 3/4 c. When I weighed it out 50 g is a lot more than 3/4 c. 3/4c was about 32 g. What do I do? Anyone know the correct information?

Weighing is more accurate than using measuring cups, largely because the increments are much larger when using cups, and it's easy to overfill or underfill a cup and still call it "3/4 cup". Additionally, because the increments are so large, chances are the actual serving size is between 3/4 and 1 cup, but because it was slightly closer to 3/4 cup, that's what they put instead. You never see 6/8 cup or whatever, but it creates inaccuracies.0
