Thanks MFP for Helping Me 'Cheat'

It's Pizza Sunday here and, though we didn't get it from McDonald's, I'm loving it!

Seriously, as we all know, there's no better accountability tool than the daily food diary. Nothing like having to see the impact of that phat bacon cheeseburger on your daily calories to get you looking at a healthier option. But a funny little thing happened on the way to the Forum - that same tool can be used for successful cheat days.

So I went to the gym this morning, and then was first in line for Dominos at 10am. Today's eating will consist of a medium hand-tossed deluxe feast - the whole pie checks in at ~1800 cals. Days like today make the other days a whole helluva lot easier for me. Can't wait to June 29 and fried chicken Sunday!
