Health/fitness magazines in the UK

Hi all,
I had a little browse in the supermarket earlier for fitness magazines, and I quickly picked up a copy of Woman's Own Diet Special, expecting it to be just a quick and a fairly lighthearted read, but guessed that it may have taught me a thing or two.
I've just been reading through it and it's misleading at best, with a lot of the content just being entirely wrong. I'm not an expert by any means, but just a few things I noticed…
Eat more dairy as it will burn your stomach fat. I know you can't spot reduce fat.
Lose 7lbs in 2 weeks on a 'diet plan' they recommend - you aren't going to lose 7lbs of fat in that time.
'Sugar free' recipes that definitely have sugar in them - low sugar perhaps, but certainly not 'sugar free'.
etc. etc. etc.
Then stuff that is basic common sense - advice like 'if you eat from a smaller plate, you'll eat smaller portions', and 'try raspberries when you're losing weight - they're tasty!'. As I say, I'm not an expert but I'm not completely stupid either.
So I was wondering - do you regularly buy any health/fitness magazines in the UK, and which ones do you recommend? I know there's all the information you could ever need online, but I like sitting down with a magazine now and again.
Thanks!
