Just noticed this today. Since I've been watching my intake I've noticed less dirty dishes. Yep, no 10 spoons with peanut butter residue. Less knives with jelly. My sink is clean every night because I hadn't snacked every 15 minutes. Oranges, apples, and bananas don't require much in the way of utensils. Then the ones you do use are cleaned in a second.

Now that you mention it, the same is going on at our house too0

Same here!!! My most used items are spoons since I snack on a lot of greek yogurt or cottage cheese. But in terms of dishes, it's rather minimal. I rinse out my protein shake blender thing every night and that's like the one dish in the sink.0

Hmm... I guess I'm in the minority here! My sink ends up with tons of dirty dishes! Knives and cutting boards from chopping up veggies. Crock pot. Skillets from sauteeing veggies. Rice cooker. Breakfast dishes, since I'm sure to eat that every day now. TONS of tubberware containers from bringing leftovers to work.
The more I get healthy the more I cook for myself, and that means endless piles of dishes. I don't mind though.0 -

I kinda cheat. My dinner plates are the 13 inch ones so I don't like to use those, the "salad" plate is about 5 inches, more curved like a saucer, so I am pretty much outta luck there. I buy the 8 inch cheap paper plates and leave a stack on top of the microwave. We use them all the time for snacks and sandwiches. They also work great for covering a bowl of soup in the microwave....no more splatters.0
