Anyone else found this? It is a valid exercise and does burn calories, although not as much as cardiovascular I know. I am intermediate and do a pilates routine for 35 minutes 5 days a week but can't add this towards my exercise.....not fair!!
I know I can add it but I don't have the specifics of calorie burn ratios to do this.

i found pilates, its on my excercise list on this size and I agree it is an excellent excercise.0

Its on there - under the cardio section not the strength training part.0

I have it, under cardio.0

You may want to use Hatha Yoga. They are not the same, but pretty similar. I would consider Pilates cardio based on many of the exercises.0

Thanks everyone, I never thought of looking under cardio as technically it is a strengthening exercise I think!
