Home made gravy

Today I did something a bit dumb and ate the home made gravy my boyfriend made... it was just ordinary tesco value beef granules, but he included some of the juices from the roast pork. There was nothing else in it. He said he skimmed the fat off but now I have no idea how to count it.
I can probably say how much I had of it (80mls) but can anyone help with a rough guess for nutritional info? Thanks.

I would just find some existing 'pork gravy' or 'beef gravy' entry. It's all estimates and 80ml isn't going to make or break your day, even if you're off say 100%.0
