Definitely water weight. I fluctuate by 2-5lbs in water weight. Just drink more water and cut your sodium and you'll be fine.0

Yes this happens to me often.. It's not 2lb of fat. It's a fluctuation.
Although its disheartening to see the scale go up, keep going and the next loss you make will boost your motivation!0 -
I agree with sodium. When you pick a food, look at the nutritional info and make sure you pick the one that ins complete with sodium content. For my cheat day, I have 8 old bay wings with a ton of salt. The next day I am always up 2 lbs, then in a few days it goes back down.0
