I'm new to this! I just started a health blog and am trying a few things out. (Researching led me to this site to try) I'd love to hear from you guys and what works for you! I'm about to find out what works for me as well. So, were in this together! So if you have any tips let me know! Favorite exercises, what worked or works for you, or if you have any other ideas you might find important concerning health! I absolutely love talking and learning new things about health everyday!
