Serious Effort

I just joined myfitnesspal.com last weekend and it has been 6 days of tracking food and exercising. My exercising is 3 mile fast paced walk every day. 2 nights this week running 3 miles.
The biggest wakeup call for me, is how those tiny things like butter, creamer add so many calories. Once I figured that out I stopped consuming them. Now if I could cut out the VINO as well we could talk.
Looking forward to the weekend and some much needed time away from work.
