I am around 119lbs (53kgs). I am 5'7 and 35 years old.
I want to gain weight. Can anyone suggest some good health supplements to gain weight.
I want to weigh atleast 145lbs.
Can anyone suggest me some good health supplements (protien powder or Weight gainers)

Save your money on those supps, Carbohydrates is your friend here, eat loads of them0

buy powdered oats and have 1-3 shakes per day depending on your calorie goal. Very very cheap and very effective...look at myprotein.com
eat more calorie dense foods, red meat, whole milk, nuts etc.0 -
Whole milk. Add a glass to each meal and this should help get your calorie intake up.0

I'm 25, 6'0 131lb. Used to be 118lb.
I bumped up my intake to 4000 and I eat lots of BBQ, pizza, pasta, burgers, ice cream, brownies.
The reason it's so high is because I'm a Long Distance runner. I usually run 60-80 miles per week. Have gone to 110 before.0 -
Try Jim wendlers 5/3/1 programme, do it for months, years if you can, eat good food and along with that about a gallon of milk a day. Before you know it you'll be bulked up:).0
