Hey All,
I'm about where I wanna be. About 2.5lbs. from my goal. I had MFP set to a 2lbs. a week weight loss. A couple weeks back, I switched it over to 1.5lbs. a week. Today, I changed it to just 1lbs. a week weight loss.
My question...
For those of you that have upped your calories as you've approached your goal, how has this worked for you? My gut tells me that I should stay at 1200 calories per day but the science of MFP says that I should still lose at 1500 calories per day.
Inquiring minds want to know.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

1 lb. a week is the smartest way to go about losing weight anyway, so I'd recommend giving it a shot. When you reach your goal, you have to eat to maintain weight, not lose it. Remember that!0

follow the MFP. when you get where you want to be find out what your maintenance intake is on a daily basis with the your regular exercise routine.0
