Hi. I'm a 26 year old work at home mom of 2 girls under 3. I've been overweight my whole life and basically it got out of control after my 2 c-sections in 2 years. I'm now heavier than I've ever been (not pregnant) and I'm having a really hard time losing the weight. I don't get a lot of structured exercise in my day, but I don't eat a lot either (I try to make sure when I do remember to eat it's healthy) and take care of 2 kids and a house so I thought I'd be losing something, even slowly. It's been almost 9 months since my youngest was born and I've only lost 20 of the 30 pounds I put on with her. I'm hoping the resources here will offer help and inspiration.
