New to this site, and liking it so far

I was looking for some support in developing more healthy habits in my life, and stumbled on myfitnesspal. So far, I've been really impressed with the features that are offered for free. From what I've read, tracking behavior and having a community of support are two factors that make it much more likely that change will happen. So, I'm excited to find both of these on this site. It seems that I go in spurts and sputters with fitness. Then I fall back into bad choices and inactivity. I have some weight goals, but I think my behavior goals are ultimately what's most important to me. I want to get into the habit of eating right and exercising. My metabolism isn't what it was, and I realize that if I don't make some changes now, things are going to keep going in the wrong direction. I look forward to getting to know you and offering some support for healthy changes!
