I totally use food for comfort and don't know how to stop. Any suggestions?

Recording what you eat will really help. You will see how much you eat and what your body NEEDS. Try to find something else you can focus on when you "think" you are hungry. Drinks lots of water and eat lots of fiber to help make you feel more full. It takes a while to really figure out when you are really hungry vs just bored/upset/etc. We can encourage each other to be more healthy! Love you mom!0
