yep, just started this week, only doing 15 min, every other day. will be bumping up to 25 min after 2 weeks (I hope).
I've got Gin Miller's DVD and a 5# bell- she's kinda fun, and reminds you on form and does warm up moves...
    likin' it so far!

What weight would you recomend for a beginner? I just started on my weightloss journey a week and a half ago. Looking for something I can do inside since the weather is getting cooler....

brooke...im no expert by no means, but this is something i think u should know before buying them. like i said before, i got a 8lb, although i wanted a 10 lb. i figured 10lbs would be a good start being that i already circuit train w two 5lb dumbells. when i began the video, i was sorta glad to have the ball that was two lbs lighter! i didnt realize upon starting, that there are moves where you have to balance that ball up there in the air w one arm. and honestly, i dont think i could have went through all the moves any heavier. just try a few in the store before you decide. they say you should be able to feel it working, but be able go through the moves w good form. and if you lose good form, you should go w a lighter weight. ive seen that they also sell them with two smaller one instead of one big one. but i like the big one. nice for a change in pace. its pretty fun i think. hope all that helps!!!!

I've been using Kettleworx for four weeks, and this past week is when many people have stopped me and asked, "Have you been losing weight?" I have been doing Zumba since late June and have lost inches, but the Kettleworx has been giving me an immediate change in muscle tone, which has made me look even slimmer. I'm only using a 5 lb. kettlebell, too (I'm a beginner with back issues).

I was trained in using kettlebells last year and think it is awesome. Muscles see to be more compact, less rounded, and sharper than free weights. Right now I'm doing 2 sets of 30 sec work and 30 sec rest of six different one arm exercises (12 total l & r). Just increased my wt up to 50#, which underscores another neat thing about KB, namely, you only need one wt for a very long time.

I'm still confused about how many calories I'm burning w KB but suspect my circuits are like HIIT.
