The MOST EFFECTIVE daily exercise

This exercise should only take about 15-20 minutes, and you could probably get it down to 5 minutes with a little experience under your belt. You won't even break a sweat!
It's as simple as this: Take 15 minutes to plan out all your meals for the following day. When you do this, you're never scrambling last minute to find something healthy to eat. If you know you're going to be at a restaurant, look up their menu online and pick out what you're going to eat before you even walk through the door. It also majorly cuts down on temptation through the day to snack on something, when you already know how you've divided up your calories. Before you go to bed, plan out all your meals, and figure out your work out.
To quote Tom Venuto, "Never start your day until you’ve finished it.” Incredibly simple, yet profound advice. Always be thinking ahead to the next day and plan the entire day in advance so you’ll never be caught off guard without your food.

I agree with this, when you plan out your day, your meals, it is much easier to stick to it and you know in advance what is coming next and it takes very little time once you get the hang of it.0
