Admittedly, it is not an everyday snack... but I had tons of calories to use up tonight and was pleasantly surprised by how little calories this was!

2 cookies = 198 calories, 24 carb, 0 protein, 10 fat, 2 fiber, 128 sodium... plus they could be made even healthier by subbing unsweetened applesauce for oil if you want to (I haven't tried that yet)

2 TBSP cocoa mix added to 1 cup skim milk = 120 calories, 21 carbs, 8 protein, 0 fat, 1 fiber, 200 sodium)

For a grand total of just over 300 calories plus a decent amount of protein and fiber

Recipes:
Bev's Chocolate Chip Cookies (in MFP database): http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/bevs_chocolate_chip_cookies.html

Martha Stewart Hot Chocolate (made with skim milk instead of whole and sea salt instead of table): http://www.marthastewart.com/recipe/homemade-hot-chocolate (I decreased this down tonight because I was almost out of sugar -- used 7/8 cup sugar (1 cup minus 2 TBSP), 1/2 cup + 1 TBSP cocoa powder, and 3/4 tsp sea salt and it turned out really well)

Enjoy!
