Eating back calories & logging

I have two questions hopefully the community can answer for me.

1) How can you properly log weight training & cardio exercise? I feel the cardio on MFP it quite generous.

2) Do you eat back your calories or should you stick with your normal calorie daily intake set by MFP?

MFP is setup that you should eat back your exercise calories. They do the NEAT method (non exercise activity Thermogenics).

As for the calorie burns most people say eat back 50-75% if you are uncomfortable with the full amount...it never stopped my weight loss by eating 100% of them back.

Stef knows her stuff and has had success, I'd listen to her :)

I'm with you, I feel like the calorie burns are WAY too high. I lose weight when I eat less food and that's about it. I exercise all the time since I want to be fit too but if I ate back my exercise calories I would have to add a 2000 calorie pound of bacon to my diet every day.

Right now my rule is I eat when I'm hungry and I only eat meals, no snacking or grazing if I can avoid it.

So far that's worked out alright but if I start feeling fatigued I'll add in more of the exercise calories as needed.
